State Duma deputies adopted in the first reading a bill amending Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, introducing additional administrative penalties for concealing or providing inaccurate data on occupational injuries, and failing to promptly notify the State Labor Inspectorate and the Federal Service for Financial Supervision.
Adoption of the bill will strengthen oversight of compliance with occupational safety requirements and increase employers' responsibility for employee safety.
