In 2014, the training center "Bashneftekhim" developed and launched a distance learning platform that allows remote access to teach and evaluate professional knowledge.
Own learning management system (English learning management system, LMS) is a set of software tools designed for the organization and administration of e-learning. From creating an electronic course to building training schedules, from checking assignments to statistics and performance analysis.
LMS allows you to access e-learning anywhere and anytime.
- Personnel of enterprises. The organization and the training center "Bashneftekhim" conclude a contract for the provision of training services. Each employee receives personal access (login and password), notification of the assigned course and is trained.
- Anyone. Anyone who wants to be trained in a profession, improve their qualifications, enters into an agreement with the training center "Bashneftekhim", receives personal access (login and password), notification of the assigned course and undergoes training.
- Participants of courses, trainings and development events, conducted by the training center "Bashneftekhim". If the program provides for testing during full-time training, including on-site, then the training center fully ensures that it is conducted using a mobile classroom. In 10 minutes, a platform for training and testing knowledge is deployed at any location, regardless of the availability of infrastructure on site. The kit consists of modern laptops or tablets.
