The VIII International Baikal Risk Forum was held in Irkutsk, bringing together leading experts, business representatives and government agencies to discuss current challenges and prospects for economic development in the context of global changes.

Denis Sergeevich Galanov, Head of the Development Department of the Bashneftehim Training Center, took part in HRTech Day with a report entitled “Competency Assessment and Its Automation”.

The competency assessment methodology is used to obtain objective information about applicants and employees who are already working in the company.

To automate the assessment system, most companies use LMS educational platforms. In which, in fact, only the result is collected. One of the automated solutions was created by the Bashneftehim Training Center together with INK LLC, “Assessment System”, where the process of personnel assessment was automated. The system consists of the following modules: testing, proctoring, 360 Assessment, Core Skills, Formation of competency matrices, Library of developmental actions and individual development plans.
